Edit site

You can create and edit a site with the Actions menu or on the site's Properties tab.

The properties tab for a site provides details and information for the site including:

  • All attached meters
  • Custom fields
  • Groups that the site belongs to
  • And details including address, area, and timezone

  • The existing site code is not automatically updated when you modifying the site name.
  • The weather station, city, and state are not automatically updated when you update the postal code. Delete these entries before entering a new postal code when you want to use the auto-populate feature.

How to view assigned weather stations

  • You can see a list of all sites and their assigned weather stations by downloading an Update Sites and Organizations setup spreadsheet.

Edit site floor area

The most recent floor area is used for calculations.

Edit meters from the Properties tab

You can edit the meter or delete the meter and any associated bills with the Actions menu.

Data Release form (Utility Platform subscription)

A request is required from the current account holder when you don't own the meter. 

A status is pending when the request has not yet been received and therefore the data is not yet available.

After the release is received in Utility Management the status is active and data is available for the meter.
