Re-run audits

You can now re-run audits on one or more bills using bill lists. This is useful when historical bills are loaded, because the data can affect existing audit flags.

The following audits can be re-run:

• Duplicate bill
• Gap between bills
• Overlapping bills
• Multiple bills in period
• High use per day
• High cost per day
• Currency mismatch
• Abnormal cost
• Abnormal use
• Abnormal demand

Setup spreadsheets

Setup spreadsheets help you save time by creating or updating multiple items at one time.

Two spreadsheets have been updated and versioned. This means older versions will no longer work—it's recommended to download a new spreadsheet before adding data.

Create Accounts and Meters and Update Accounts Spreadsheets now include new columns:

• Bill CAPture Method
• Landlord Account

Reports

Report-17 updates

• Added a new filter Group by for Accounts. This helps consolidate your report and view the results by account.
• Added a new Excel: Data only option that gives you clean, unformatted data—perfect for sorting, filtering, and deeper analysis.
