This report is only available with the Emissions module.

Emissions by Site or Organization

This report provides a table comparing total emissions and floor area over a 12-month period. It helps you evaluate the carbon footprint at the site or organizational level.

What the report shows

  • Emissions data for a 12-month period.
  • Emissions, floor area, and use totals by scope.
  • Each site or organization with:
    • Floor area
    • Usage
    • Emissions
  • Totals by commodity in a separate table.

Why it’s useful

Use this report to:

  • Compare carbon footprint across sites or organizations.
  • Analyze emissions relative to floor area.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce emissions.

Set your filters for Report-45

  1. Set the Date range. When you select less than or equal to this sets the end date for the report. 

  2. Decide how to Group by. This determines what is on each row in your report.

Other filters to consider for Report-45

  1. Decide if you need to narrow the focus of the report.
    • Select a specific group of sites or meters.
    • Set the filter Topmost place name or Topmost place code.

  • Date range - Select a time frame for the report
  • Display codes, names or both? - Decide the format for the report.
  • Group by - This determines what is on each row of the report.

Recommended filters for Report-45

  • Commodity category - Select one or more commodity categories. This filter is not compatible with commodity.
  • Market based - Location based emissions are used if this filter is not selected or set to No.
  • Meter group - Filter for specific groups, to include all the group members do not set a topmost filter. TIP: You can combine with other filters if you want to refine your results.
  • Site group - lets you filter the report to a specific group of sites.
  • Topmost place code - Select the topmost organization or site you want to be included. When you set a topmost organization or site it is the highest level of the facilities tree used, this lets you select a subset of data from your tree for reporting.
  • Topmost place name - Select the topmost organization or site you want to be included. When you set a topmost organization or site it is the highest level of the facilities tree used, this lets you select a subset of data from your tree for reporting.

  • Commodity - Select one or more commodities for the report. This filter is not compatible with commodity category.
