Update Bill Payment details spreadsheet

What it's for
Use this spreadsheet to update bill payment details. It lets you make changes to key payment fields, such as:
- Funds withdrawn date
- Pay status
How to use it
- Always download a fresh spreadsheet
This ensures that you have the latest data from the system. - Make your edits
Update the payment fields as needed.
Enter all data as text or dates. - Upload your updates
Go to the Setup Spreadsheets Log.
Use the Import button to upload your edited sheet. - View results
While viewing a bill, use the bill information card and select Payment Activity.
Formatting rules
- Enter all the information as text or dates.
- You may add extra sheets, but only the sheet named DataEntry will be processed.
- Keep column headers and layout intact.
- ❌ Do not remove or rearrange columns.
Download the update spreadsheet
On the Create dialog, click Setup Spreadsheets.
- From the Setup Spreadsheets Log, click Download.
- Under Update Spreadsheets, choose Bill: Payment Details.
- Set the filters as needed to limit the data in the spreadsheet.
- Download the spreadsheet.
- The file name format is
yyyymmdd-UPDATE_BillPaymentDetails.xlsx. - Add your information and save.
- Use Import to upload your spreadsheet.
- The Setup Spreadsheets Log reports the results and any errors. You can download the error (kickout) spreadsheet with the hyperlink, fix any errors, and upload the error sheet.

| Payment Type | For example: VCard, ACH, Check or other information. |
| Payment Type Number | Character limit: 32 |
| Paid Date | Enter a date MM/DD/YYYY |
| Accounting Period | If your organization uses Accounting Periods, enter the year and month. YYYYMM |
| Payment Amount | Remember to include the decimal. For example, 12.34 |
